About BEST Park

The site for the BEST Park, initially to be 400 acres and up to 1,000 acres located on the southwest border of the Mayan Plantation, is 10 minutes north of the International airport and 15 minutes north of Belize City, the main port of Belize. The Business Education, Science & Technology Park, will serve as the Strategic Center for Technology Commercialization. The vision is to adapt the IC2 Institute (Innovation, Creativity, & Capital Institute at the University of Texas At Austin www.ic2.org), and the Austin Technology Incubator (ATI www.ati.org ) for the Central American / Caribbean Region, dedicated to wealth and opportunity creation for its citizens, making the Region a better place to live, work, play and raise families in harmony, peace and prosperity.
