The Envisioned Belize Campus will be located in the BEST Park. The strategy is to launch education and training programs that focus on regional needs as well as capacity building for Science and Technology Commercialization. The Belize Campus will have a global classroom, state-of-the-art telecommunications operations, seminar rooms, and conference halls.

Training Courses for the Regional Population:
These courses would be geared towards the Belizean population or the people of other surrounding countries. The training would provide degrees and certificate programs perhaps ranging from telecommunications, from environmental science to aircraft pilot training, from biomedical equipment to webmaster, from culinary arts to automotive, and overall creating a more skilled middle class for Belize.

Workshops and conferences:
World class facility will attract conferences from North America, Europe, and Asia.

Alumni Education and Ecological Trips:
Researchers, IC2alumni, professors, and current graduate students would travel to BEST Park to study the local Belize economy, culture and environment. They would also be able to enjoy the many of the activities available in Belize such as cave tubing, horseback riding, hiking to Mayan ruins, snorkeling, diving, fishing, visiting jaguar reservations, kayaking, etc. 

Executive Retreat Programs:
These retreats would offer executives of companies to spend a week in the tropical country of Belize while getting updated on the newest technologies or get certified in a certain course relevant to their company. The retreats would be designed to attract executives in specific industries or complementary industries in order to promote idea generating discussions and create network connections.

First Class Education Facility in Central America:
Currently there is one university in Belize with an enrollment of 4,000 students. The education and training program in BEST Park would be the only institution in Belize to offer programs in Science and Technology Commercialization. Vignettes of the IC2 Institute Science and Technology Master’s Program could also be offered to award certifications for certain courses. Further in the future a full Master’s program may be offered.
